Ed Charles is a Melbourne-based freelance journalist and food blogger who writes a weekly column for the Citystyle section of the Herald Sun (local rag). Obviously as a journalist needs to investigate his stories, Ed did some more research into Zingara Cucina and found out maybe everything isn't as it seems, and my instinct may have been right, it is a media hype.
