Melbourne weather continues to confound.

Saturday, 37oC. Sunday, 35oC. Monday pouring, 20oC. Tuesday, pouring, 20oC.

Still managed to get to Loch Sport with Andrew Dronia for the weekend. Took cousin Scott straight from the airport from New Zealand for his last Australian beach experience before leaving Thursday for Malaysia. Rumour has it that Don and Barbara Gardner are are their way down under -- here's hoping we get a visit!!

Anyway -- updates to the gallery here

Happy Birthday to my incredible husband for Wednesday!

I owe him dinner! Finally booked the Canada trip, 23 February to 11 March. So excited!

Who said the life of the normal is more interesting then the life of the extraordinary? Maybe I'm making it up.

I made a pact to try and update this every 2-3 days, and I'm struggling for content. Is my life that boring?

Hmmmm . .
I worked (after almost two weeks off, there was a bit of catching up to do).
I cooked (some good, some not so good).
I exercised (some good, some not so good).
I slept (few good, most not so good).
I watched Bladerunner (director's cut) for the first time . . . glad I saw it.

Ugh -- maybe tune in in another 3 days . .

Posted photos from Dave & Sarah's the other night. I hope they are doing okay in cold New York!
Melbourne's weather has been all over the place -- 37oC on Sunday, 19oC today. Bizarre. Of course, none of this is helping my allergies!

Happy New Year!
I know, it has been a few days-- but check out the photos . .here. I've limited the photos to only show 12 per page to help you on 56k modems -- so make sure to hit the next button! We had a great time over the last week -- weather was bad, but we made the most of it. Back into the swing of things now with David working Thursday and Friday, Mom and Dad leaving on Wednesday, and cousin Scott off to New Zealand tomorrow. David and I won't know what to do with the house without people in it!

Tonight we farewelled some of our good friends Sarah and Dave as they start a 3-year adventure in New York tomorrow. I'll have those photos up over the weekend. By the way, my links are just through to the gallery -- so if you are reading earlier articles you may link off to recent pictures. One of my many continuing things to upgrade to the site!
